We are able free deliver within 20km from Kepong area with order above RM150. You can check if your address is within our delivery zone by entering it with Google Map to checkout.

For outbound area, we send out by courier delivery, it will be incurred extra charges. ( Distance 35km > ) , parcel charges between RM20 - RM55 depend on the parcel size.
I am urgent need delivered right now! Is it possible?
Yes! If you need a hamper after our cut off time, after 4pm, please whatsapp us for order 012-6331223, for pick up or delivery will be depend on the availability delivery slot we have.
When is the delivery time if I make an order now?
For courier there will be ship out at the same day order before 8pm , receiving time & date 2-3 working days. Same day delivery is available order before 4pm. Pick up is available from our workshop which is located at NO16, Lorong Lang Kelabu 1, Kepong Baru 52100 KL. You can call us at 012-6331223 for order in case you need urgently after 4pm.
What is the delivery cut off time?
We do same day delivery. The cut-off time for same day delivery is 4pm.
E.g., if it is currently 3.59pm, you can still order for your item to be delivered on the same day. However, once you have missed the time slot, you can contact/ Whatsapp us to check availability of the delivery time slot.
When we can do the order?
We operate on Monday-Friday 8.30am-10pm, Sat & Sun 9am-10pm. You can select any date for your pre order.
If there is no one to receive parcel when we reach to the delivery address?
We will contact the receiver, notice the sender, either to leave it there, to the doorstep, guard house, reception, neighbor with the permission of sender, or receiver. To make another day or, route for delivery will be incur extra delivery charges.
Can I request to deliver on specific time?
Yes, we can, depends on the availability slot we have. There are two delivery session. (1) Morning session from 10am to 5pm, and (2) Evening session from 5pm to 8pm. We arrange our delivery for you within the time frame that you choose. While we do the very best we can to deliver your baby hamper on time, unfortunately there are still things we can't control like extreme weather, heavy traffic jam on road which might delay our delivery time. We will do absolutely everything we can to solve this problem when this occurs and appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
What if I need a re-delivery or re-route for another address?Please note that for re-deliveries in circumstances such as one listed below, will be charged the double journey.
1. Wrong delivery address
2. Invalid delivery address,
3. Recipient is not home, and both the buyer and recipient are uncontactable , without any special delivery instructions given.
